Common questions
Can I register a company in Kazakhstan with a virtual office address?
Only if the property owner gives consent with their e-signature at registration. Some coworking “virtual office” plans offer a business address but don't guarantee it for state registration. Ours is a registered address: the owner confirms it through egov.
Do I need a lease to register an LLP at your address?
No. When you register through egov, the owner gives consent with their e-signature, and no lease or guarantee letter is filed. With us you sign an address service contract.
What happens if the tax office doesn't find the company at its address?
The tax office runs an inspection under Article 181 of the Tax Code. If the company isn't there, it draws up a report and publishes the details on its website the next day, and your buyers can be refused VAT refunds on purchases from you. We take in your mail and meet inspectors so it doesn't get that far.
Can a foreign founder register a company at your address?
Yes, the address doesn't depend on the founder's citizenship. To register the LLP itself, a foreign individual needs an IIN (individual tax number) and a business-immigrant permit or a C5 visa, while a foreign company needs no migration status. We go through the steps on the brief.
Does an AIFC company need an address inside the AIFC?
Yes. AIFC rules require a company to keep a registered office in the AIFC at all times. Our address is within the AIFC zone and suitable for registering an AIFC private company.
How do I change the registered address of an LLP?
No re-registration is needed. You file a notice through egov once the owner confirms consent with an e-signature, and notify the registrar within one month.
