1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website, or a service connected to it, stores in the browser on your device. Your browser sends them back with later requests, so the site can, for example, tell a new visit from a repeat one or keep the source of your visit for a request.

This policy supplements the Privacy Policy of Expertica LLP (BIN 221140015128) and applies to all pages of expertica.kz, including the English version.

2. Cookies used on the site

Tilda technical cookies

The site runs on the Tilda platform. According to Tilda, sites on the platform use only technical cookies by default: they keep the site working, including protection against DDoS attacks. These cookies are always on and cannot be switched off on the site.

Analytics cookies

The site uses Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics. According to Google, its code stores these cookies:

• _ga: distinguishes visitors; default lifetime 2 years;
• _ga_ followed by the property identifier: keeps the session state; default lifetime 2 years.

Browsers may delete these cookies sooner if you do not return to the site for a long time. Through them Google Analytics records pages viewed, the source of the visit, device and browser type, approximate location, clicks on WhatsApp, Telegram, phone and email links and the fact that a form was sent. The text of your request and the contact details from the form are not sent to Google Analytics.

Tilda’s built-in statistics work without cookies in simplified mode; if full mode is switched on, they also use analytics cookies.

If we add another web analytics service, for example Yandex Metrica, it will also use analytics cookies. We will add it to this policy before it goes live.

UTM tags

If you arrive on the site through a link with a UTM tag, Tilda may store the tag in a cookie so that it reaches us with your request even if you send the form from another page. If these cookies are not allowed, the tags are included in the request only when the form is sent from the page you arrived on.

Advertising cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels. If this changes, we will update this policy before they are added.

Services without cookies

The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. According to Google, this service does not set cookies, but when the fonts load your browser sends Google your IP address, the page address and details of your browser and operating system.

3. Grounds for use

Technical cookies are needed for the site to work and are always on. Analytics cookies are optional: you can block them in the ways described in section 4 and the site will keep working.

Data obtained through cookies, to the extent that it is personal data, is processed under the Privacy Policy and, if you have sent a form, also under the Consent to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data.

4. How to manage cookies

• Browser settings. You can block cookies for all sites or only for expertica.kz, delete stored cookies or browse in private mode.
• Google add-on. Google offers an official browser add-on that stops data being sent to Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

If you block all cookies, some features of the site may not work properly. If you block only analytics cookies, the site will keep working, but our statistics will be incomplete and UTM tags will reach us only if the form is sent from the page you arrived on.

5. Where the data is processed

Tilda and Google process cookie data on their servers, which may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. The terms of cross-border transfer are set out in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and contacts
